Find a magazine

This image address' its readers in a very formal way. I get this impression from the main center image of the chocolate. The chocolate is free standing and very large making it look more powerful. The image is on a very mature looking background, I used the word 'mature' due to the colour scheme which consists of a orange/ gold tone which blends in to a dark brown. The colours are carefully chosen to represent the chocolate, they use brown and orange as the product its chocolate orange. The text uses a wide range of complex vocabulary, for example the usage of the words 'intense' and 'ultimate'. Words like these enable us as the reader to believe that the chocolate is truely amazing. It makes the reader feel like they should try this chocolate for having such amazing qualities.

  1. Hi Jazmin. This is very short; you need a lot more detail than this. Make sure you are commenting on the use of camera angle and shot size. Avoid vagueness such as "words like (x) and (y) enable us to..." because you need to evaluate how each element contributes to an overall effect, e.g. "the adjective 'ultimate' suggest that there is no greater chocolate,an idea which is reinforced by the low angle lens which has the effect of..."

Also, can you put the image up please?
